The Slim 5 versatile rack frame system satisfies many design requirements. Popular in Audio/Video installation environments due is its slim, compact dimensions. Specify a Slim 5 when space and flexibility is a concern, open sides are desirable, or when multiple racks need to be joined.

Our 50-70900 Slim 5 Configured Rack Kit Includes:

Racking height 64 3/4” or 37 rack spaces (overall height 64 3/4")
All Slim 5 rack kit options have 20” outside depth and 19 1/8” width
(6) Vented 2 point rack shelves
(6) 2 space vent panels
Fine floor casters
3 1/4" wide vertical lacer strip
10 outlet thin, filtered and surge protected 15 Amp power strip

General Structural Features of Slim 5 Rack System:

Weight Capacity: UL Listed load capacity, 400 lbs. and Static load capacity, 1,000 lbs.
Optional removable steel side panels provide security while attractive thermolaminate top and side panel options provide aesthetic appeal for home and studio installations
Heavy-duty 14-gauge steel top and bottom contribute to unsurpassed rigidity of rack design
Standard front and rear fixed 11-gauge, 10-32 threaded rack rail with marked rack space increments to speed equipment mounting
Optional casters can be bolted directly to bottom of rack or concealed in skirted base
Unique mechanically interlocking corner joint is central to each unit’s exceptional strength and eases assembly
Bolt-together design allows for flat shipment via UPS
Top accepts two fans
UL Listed in the US and Canada
