Orders:
Telephone, fax or mail orders welcomed. Normally most
items are in stock. If partial shipment is requested, shipping/handling charges
will be added to each shipment.
F.O.B. Point:
Shipping Point. Freight charges are added to
invoice.

Prepayment:
Money order, company or personal check (personal
check will delay order about 2 weeks).
Commercial Open Account:
Net 30 terms extended to companies
with approved credit. Open account may be set up by faxing, emailing or mailing
trade and bank references.
Government:
MilesTek Corporation is a small business concern.
Government (federal, state, county, city school districts, etc.) purchase orders
are accepted with Net 30 terms. Government IMPAC Visa/Mastercard is accepted.
International:
Prices are in United States Dollars and F.O.B.
shipping point, excluding any applicable taxes, custom duties or permit fees.
Payment in Advance via one of the following methods is
acceptable:
1. Bank Transfer - Wire Routing information is
available by request. Please contact our Accounts Receivable department at ar@milestek.com or by phone 940-484-9400.
Please add $25.00 to your wire transfer to cover our bank charge for the wire
transfer.
2. Cashier's Check, Certified Check or International Money
Order - Check must be payable in US Dollars. Sending check or money order via
overnight courier will improve service.
3. Company Check - Check must
be drawn on a US Bank and is subject to MilesTek approval of sufficient funds.
Warranty:
MilesTek warrants its products to be free from
defects of workmanship and material. If any such defects occur, replacement will
be made without charge to our customers. This warranty does not cover normal
wear and tear, and abuse. The warranty period depends upon the product.
Return Policy:
All returns must have MilesTek authorization
with return authorization number. Returns within 30 days of sale will be subject
to a 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee may be waived in lieu of an offsetting
order of at least the same value. Product must be in original packaging and must
not be damaged in any way. Products are subject to inspection and acceptance
upon receipt at MilesTek. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of sale.
Custom cables, special orders and cut cable are not eligible for return. Damaged
freight claims must be reported to MilesTek within 3 calendar days.
Trade Marks:
All trade marks referenced are the service marks
or trademarks of their respective owners.
Dispute Resolution:
It is hereby agreed and understood that
any dispute, difference or disagreement of any kind whatsoever, whether statuary
or contractual, which arises from the services/products provided or relates in
any way to the general business relationship of the parties to this agreement,
shall be, as the sole available remedy, resolved through mediation or binding
arbitration, rather than litigation. Any such mediation or arbitration shall be
governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and conducted in accordance with the
Rules of Mediation and Arbitration.
