MilesTek automatically provides confirmation/ tracking numbers with all online orders. Orders made internally (via telephone, fax, etc.) are not provided confirmation numbers, but will receive tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are generally provided the day after the product ships out of our warehouse. In many cases, customers are given a duplicated tracking number. This will not affect the order or price in any way.
All freight charges are estimates based on weight, destination and ship method. These charges may vary due to oversized or dimensional items and the number of boxes in your shipment. Actual freight will be assessed at the time of order processing. If the actual freight charge on your order varies from the original estimate by more than 20%, you will be contacted by one of our account executives prior to shipment. International shipments will not receive a pre-paid freight estimates, per company policy.
APO/FPO should be used only for shipments to military bases outside of the contiguous 48 states. All APO/FPO freight charged will appear as zero when you place your order and then be calculated by us upon receipt. Once completed, you will be notified regarding the actual charges prior to shipping.
MilesTek does not prepay and add freight to orders to international customers. All international shipments will only be shipped collect to the customer’s UPS, FEDEX or DHL account. The customer may also coordinate the shipment with a US freight forwarder. Packages may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which the order is being shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. The recipient is also responsible to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information Placement of this order with MilesTek constitutes an agreement by the customer to MilesTek that the customer will not ship, give, gift or otherwise distribute this merchandise to any party from a country that is on the US banned list.
