Return Policy
All returns must have MilesTek authorization with return authorization number.
Returns within 30 days of sale will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A
restocking fee may be waived in lieu of an offsetting order of at least the same
value. Product must be in original packaging and must not be damaged in any way.
Products are subject to inspection and acceptance upon receipt at MilesTek.
No
returns accepted after 30 days from date of sale.
Custom
cables, special orders and cut cable are not eligible for return.
Damaged freight claims must be reported to MilesTek within 3 calendar
days.
Any items that are returned and are not in original packaging and / or are not in new and re-sellable condition will not be considered for credit. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 3 weeks of RMA assignment. RMA will expire after this date.
All sales on close out items are final.
