The extenders can connect just about any VGA/WUXGA video display to sources like computers, switches and distribution amplifiers. A transmitter module provides a pass-thru video port, which is connected to a local monitor that supports stereo and digital audio, half-duplex RS-232 serial and bi directional IR pass-thru control signals.

And, as with all of our extenders that use CAT5E and CAT6 cables, the Ethernet cables are capable of maintaining top-quality signals for much further distances than standard VGA cables (1,000 feet, if you need it), while costing just a fraction of the price.
